Over the last four days there was little time for Remy to get bored. Saturday: Rodeo. Sunday: Trail Ride. Monday: Playtime with his buddies. Tuesday (today): Dressage Lesson.
I wasn't too thrilled when I saw the rain coming down hard today: It meant riding in the indoor, thus wearing a facemask. It was funny, though, when the other rider in the arena -a woman I have known for years- said "I believe we have met before". Of course, between the facemask and the helmet she could only see my eyes.
Remy was right on, his varied experiences over the last days didn't in the least hamper his dressage work. To the contrary, he now engages his hindquarters much more readily. This makes it way more fun for me, who wants to push a horse along, especially when breathing is a problem? Not me! Remy has very nice and smooth gaits, but when he engages the RWD (rear wheel drive) I can't help but laugh because it's so much fun.
It's like driving a Porsche 911 (my all time favorite) - you want the power from behind pushing you into your seat. Keep in mind: MorganPower is fun and much more affordable!
